The location is central, adjacent to don Muang airport, 3-4 major shopping malls, and MTR and Big C and all food options across street. It is great for the money.

The breakfast is very good, available with a meagre portion of cereals and fruit, for instance...

Easy check-in, late check-out. Well furnished and brand-new rooms with a living area, TV set, and WiFi. Magnificent location with free parking available just next door to central Bangkok for a good price, public transport, great street food and a decent night market, and Big C departmental store.

And not far from subway station as well as 7-11 convenience store. Value for money, modern and soundproof room with air con, comfortable beds, super matresses.

Excellent and ideal location very close to the metro station and easy access to a night market and a shopping mall. For tea or coffee visit Hollys Coffee nearby.

Charming small budget hotel with professional and responsive staff at the reception desk. Easy check-in, a nice size rooms with a tub. Best possible location in Ratchada shopping area, in the shopping area. Again, walking distance to a 24 hour mall.

the staff was cheerful, kept everything fairly clean and well-maintained. it was in a great and super location close enough to esplanade mall, movies, restaurants, which is next to the big c complex, and the train station and the mall. i was happy to find morgen, it was relatively close to the hotel and served nice food.

Everything was really good, had a good stay for my business trip. The room was decent sized, budget and value for money. The staff was decent during my whole stay. The location of the hotel was incredible, to the MRT station Thailand Cultural Centre. Besides, it was very close to Esplanade Shopping Mall, restaurants, cinema🙂

The hotel is CHARMING SMALL and perfectly clean, nestled in an extremely clean building. It has professional and responsive staff and good facilities. The venue is in the central location to carpark of Big C departmental store. Plus, this hotel is just off mrt and shopping and big supermarket and subway and the train station, the night market, shopping centres and more.

It was airy, huge and with super matresses.

We had a great stay at Prom Ratchada Hotel - Sha Plus. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious closet for our clothes. The daily cleaning service ensured that our room was always tidy, and the towels were replaced regularly. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spa, gym, and swimming pool that we were able to enjoy during our stay. Another bonus was the convenient location, as we could easily access the nearby MRT station on foot. There was also a supermarket right in front of the hotel called Big C, where we could purchase meals and any other items we needed.

The hotel is run by a group of friends, who have a real involvement in the hotel, and are extremely friendly and helpful. It is ideally located, being next to the Big C supermarket and shopping centre, and it is just five minutes walk to the TCC underground/MRT/metro station, and the Esplanade shopping centre and cinema. The walk is through a street/night market, and as the shops in Bangkok stay open until 10pm, it is lovely to walk through this market in the evening, grab an ice-cream or coffee at Esplanade, and then watch a film. Being close to the MRT means that you can travel around Bangkok with ease. Every room in the hotel has free wireless internet, and there are free-to-use computers in the lobby. The internet is fast, being good enough for me to video chat with family back in the UK, listen to radio on my iPhone etc. It is best quality on the lower floors, so if this is important to you, then ask for a room on the 4th floor or below when booking. I was still able to video chat and upload photos etc. on the top (8th) floor. The breakfast is very good, and is western/continental. The staff happily cooked and substituted in vegetarian sausages that my wife and I supplied from a nearby vegetarian restaurant. We have stayed at this hotel three times and the staff have always made it feel like home. They are exceptionally helpful, securely storing our luggage while we travelled around Thailand, and also getting our room ready for us for check-in when we returned at 6.30am one morning. We now always choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok, and it is amongst the best that we have stayed in when travelling around the World.

As the hotel is new (opened February 2012), some taxi drivers don't know where it is located. A good tip is to either to get the driver to take you to TCC MRT station (from where you can walk), or say that the hotel is near Robinsons, taking road Ratchada 7, then Nathong 7. Alternatively, carry a printout of the map to the hotel.
